sloppy cable guys

Evan recently wrote about sloppy workmanship from cable installers: bad
pruning practices, branches left behind, no notice to homeowners,
etc....
I discussed this problem with Roger Blanchard, Moscow Parks and trees
czar.
Roger is already on this.  He has discussed the issues with Adelphia,
the  cable company responsible since their contractors are doing the
sloppy work.
Roger has another meeting tomorrow, but he says Adelphia is being
cooperative and all should be well.
If there are further problems, Roger says contact Adelphia.  You can
