I sent Tom instructions on how to make an azimuth protractor, then I thought,
gee, everyone else probably was wondering the same thing. So, if you want to
know how to do this, visit http://www.ryjones.org/elevation.bmp for the answer.
Like I told Tom, you can build this for under a dollar, and under $.50 if you're
careful.
