Mr. Harrell,

Here's a hypothetical situation for you:

A married woman leaves Bucer's.  Since her marriage, she has only had sex 
with her husband; in fact, he's the only person she's ever had sex with, and 
only since her marriage.  She is wearing a low-cut dress.  An MPD officer 
cites her for violating the ‘topless ordinance' since the amount of cleavage 
revealed by her dress exceeds the amount that the Moscow City Council has 
decided is permissible.

Now, Mr. Harrell, under these facts, she is not a fornicator.  Do you think 
she is a slut?  Will you proudly use that term to describe her? Has she 
harmed children by creating a ‘hostile sexual environment' downtown?  Should 
she go to jail for her crime?
