I can
tell that in my experience that Inland cellular won't be at the top of your
list. I have drop calls and signal lost in town, at home, anywhere between
Moscow and Pullman, it's disgraceful. No signals anywhere where you might
breakdown and really need cell service. It ain't exactly state of the
art.
Just wondering who provides the best cell service
in the Moscow area.
