Thanks Tim.  My delete key is really getting worn out from all the garbage 
that is being posted to this Vision 2020 list.  If the Vision for Moscow is 
mud slinging then I really can't say that this is the place I would want to 
be in the year 2020.  Why do have to keep going with all of the slinging?
