Good point, Bob. I'm reminded of the great Tom Lehrer song, "Smut":
"When correctly viewed,
Everything is lewd.

One man's "slut" might be this woman's political activist. As I recall, the clergy of her day bestowed some choice epithets on Mrs. Pankhurst. No matter; she won in the end.

Is it their action that makes them sluts, or the way in which you and your
