Re: bucer rumor

Below is an email conversation between myself and Gary Greenfield of Bucer's. (I had originally posted the question to 2020 about a rumored incident of Bucer's refusing service to a gay couple)
And I honestly feel that by bringing this rumor into the open and finding ample evidence to discount it has been a service to Bucer's and to the good sense of the people of Moscow.  Let's lay that rumor to rest.

G-
Many thanks for the clarification.
I did pose the question on Moscow Vision 2020 after hearing repeated statements from gay and heterosexual friends of mine that such an incident did occur.
I thought it was a chance to clear the air and get to the truth.  I see the V2020 list as a vehicle to kill those kinds of rumors (which can be so impactful on businesses), in addition to the other functions of a community bulletin board.
Anyway, thanks for the message.
Since I posted the question originally to V2020, I would like your permission to post this response as well.

Dear Bill,It was brought to my attention that rumors continue to circulate regarding lesbians and homosexuals being denied service at Bucer's.  As the owner of the Bucer's, I can assure that these rumors have no basis to them and are just rumors that persist and continue to surface regularly.  If you or others have concerns, please feel free to email, call, or visit me.  I would be happy to discuss any concerns with you.Sincerely, Gary Greenfield
