Debbie Gray mentions that some law enforcement
personnel feel the new ordinance is too vague. I am under the
impression that objections are coming from both sides because of
the PRECISION of it (inches here, angles there, horizontal lines,
etc.) Other objections are because of the ambiguity of enforcement.
I would like to read a comment from Phil or other law enforcement official about
this. Yes, this ordinance was drastically reworded after public testimony
was stopped.
