dougwils@moscow.com, did you bother even reading the article before your sorry 
attempt at sarcasm?  If you had, you would have noticed that the concern is not 
toplessness as you have been wrongfully suggesting for quite some time, but 
equal justice under the law which has been emphasized here numerous times and 
stressed in the 14th Amendment to the US Constitution.

Don't wait for the movie.  Read the book.  It is called the Constitution of the 
United States of America.
