This quote has been all over the Internet, usually attributed to Caesar, but
sometimes various persona such as Shakespeare and Herman Goering. The
Classical Latin e-mail list couldn't identify it, and considered it made up.
No matter how good it sounds, lacking an authorative source, be sceptical of
the stuff you see on the Web.
