Re: Happy diversions



Think globally, act locally.
If we can't even get our itty bitty city council to write responsible, 
non-constitutional testing laws, how can we expect the feds too?  Perhaps 
the law matters not explicitly, but it certainly does symbolically if we 
except the notion that this law is kosher.  I say hold the city council 
accountable.  Let future city councils know laws like these are not 
acceptable.
Besides, why run the risk of having to waste our tax money defending it in 
court when it is challenged.  It will be.
