RE: curious about the vote

Greetings Visionaires -

I believe that I mentioned this earlier.  Alot of states have alot of peculiar 
laws still on the books.  It is my belief that the reason these laws 
still "exist" is the money, time, and effort it takes to remove them from the 
books.  Instead of wasting the state legislature's time on these laws, they 
simply decide not to enforce them.
