    On Sunday 9/8/02 MOSCOW MORNING VIEWS, a talk
show on KUOI 89.3 FM in Moscow(web audio on  KUOI.org)
will feature the following guests:
    
    --In the first hour (9-10 am)Bruce Livingston, an
attorney with the Federal Public Defender's office,
will discuss the death penalty and his office's work
in defending capital cases.
    
     --In the second hour (10-11 am)Jim Wemhoff of Nez
Perce, president of the Nez Perce Prairie Grass
Grower's Association and Dave Mosman of Craigmont,
past president of the same group, will discuss their
group's views on the grass burning controversy on the
Palouse, the Camas Prairie and elsewhere.
