But is it even possible to "advance a meaningful discussion of how
Moscow can be improved" if we are *wrong* about our view?
It would seem important that we are operating on the correct viewpoint
rather than just sharing our opinions or ignorance.
Case in point -- if private schooling continues to increase at the rate
it is, and if government schooling continues to diminish at the rate it
is, how shall Moscow be improved?
There *is* a right and wrong in that conversation. It's not a matter of
belittling but acknowledging.
