The following press release went out this morning:

Effective immediately, all City of Moscow water restrictions are removed. Water patrons may resume normal water use. Well #9 is functional and no future service interruptions are anticipated. City of Moscow appreciates the conservation efforts of all water patrons during the past several weeks.
