Census Data

Someone, in the last month or two, posted that in the city of Moscow the
change in the birth to 18 age group between 1990 and 2000 was
-100. If this is true, and if you assume that 30 of those 100 were not
attending public school for various reasons, including too young, too old,
private, home, etc. then you could say that MSD lost 70 students to moving
out of the city. A long way from 350. Greg's numbers are great, but do not
address the school age children who move here and do not get counted by
Russell School.
