Moscow's water emergency

Can anyone tell me where the pumping station with the broken pump is
located?  And is this the new pump that was installed most recently?

I'd like to encourage the City to keep residents up to date about how well
we're doing with cutting consumption.  I suspect it's going to take a lot
of cajoling to break our bad habit of wasting water.  Knowing that we're
making an impact by turning off those sprinklers should help.
