I will take a stand right in the middle. I feel it is important to state one's views and be able to defend them in this forum, but I also recognize that , after a while, some discussions are better done person to person. Religion, like politics, can be argued endlessly.

This forum, I believe, is helping to redefine this community. This process is both aggravating and painful, and in the end, hopefully useful.

By the way, Vera's rantings are much like D.B. Hughes, but Vera is given legitimacy by the Daily Snooze. For this and other reasons the Daily Snooze does not cross my threshold.
