The population of Moscow in 2000 was 21,291 compared to 18,398 in 1990 for a
change of 15.7%.
Within the next few days I will post most of this information and more
Census 2000 data on Latah County's Rural Development site at

I saw a recent article that suggested Moscow has grown by 15% over the last
ten years.  Can anyone verify this, and can it be broken down into usable
figures?
