Website Survey

Greetings Visionaires -

A suggestion was made (and I agree) that a termination date for the survey
be established.  In keeping with that suggestion (and to allow for maximum
participation), Friday (August 9th) will be tha last day to post a response.
Final tally will be posted on Saturday (August 10th).

Since establishment of this webiste a few hours ago, responses have been
overwhelming.
