RE: Crime creation

Scott-

I came across an interesting Web page, entitled "Revealing the Bare
Uncertainties of Indecent Exposure." The article was written in 1995 by
Jeffrey Narvil of Columbia School of Law. I was particularly interested in
his discussion of the distinction between simple nudity and "lewd conduct,"
but the author also discusses the relationship (or lack thereof) between
nudity and crime. The article cites numerous cases and other references
relating to the subject. If you are interested, visit
<http://home.att.net/~saran/narvidx.htm> The part about "crime" is in Part
IV, Section C of the document. (I am not familiar with the author or his
credentials.)

Bare female breasts cause crime? I've never heard of
such a thing. Can you email me a link to any of these
studies/reports? I claim to be neither liberal nor
conservative, nor do I have an agenda, but I would
like to read how bare female breats create crime.
