Palouse Pride 2002

Everyone's invited to Palouse Pride.  It is a celebration of love and
respect for everyone (with a special focus on gay rights) and everyone is
invited to participate as much or as little as they want.  It takes place
Saturday, July 20th.  The march and festival are for everyone so bring the
family.  The Drag Show that evening will be great fun for everyone over
18.

Here's the list of events:

Noon: Meet in Friendship Square by the fountain. Everyone is
encouraged to march with us to East City Park.

1:00 to 4:00: Festival and Rally in East City Park
There will be face painters, food vendors, retail booths, and
informational tables set up around the stage. Sagin' Time will be
playing the tunes so bring the whole family and come out dancing.

9:00 PM: doors open at the Beach for the Pride Drag Show. Must
be 18 or over to attend. The bar is open to those 21 and over. First
set at 10:30, second set at Midnight. Alotta robinson is hosting
and this will be her final appearance on the Palouse. Tickets are $5
in advance at Eclectica or the park and $7 at the door.
