Public Nudity Ordinance/ blight on our fair city

Dear Moscovites:

Instead arguing the constitutionality, the justice, and the validity of
Monday's vote, I suggest we get rid of the Council, and possibly the Mayor,
who bring national disgrace to our fine community by wasting our time, our
precious resources, and our reputation.

What means do we have at our disposal?
