Who is Greg Brown?
Dear Visionaries,
Greg Brown is a Ph.D. from UI resources, recreation, and tourism dpt.
graduating in the early 1990's. He is a charter member of Vision2020 and
this list server. Beyond that he is the person I believe who proposed and
set up the original Vision2020 list server in 1995. In short he is anything
but a stranger to this list. (Care to introduce yourself Terry
Johnson-Huhta? I don't believe we have met.)
Greg is an environmentalist with a sense that he speaks for 'the people'. I
have talked to Greg about this in the past as problematic. He was also an
active participant in the initial discussions about the Alturas business
park. He suggested at the time what has come to pass. Now he is saying "I
told you so!" I don't always agree w/ Greg or his tone. But neither he nor
anyone else on this list serve should be threaten.
We have had this type of problem (name calling, slander, and bullying) in
the past on this list server. Members of the list have made it v. clear that
this behavior will not be tolerated. Then it stopped as I am sure these
threats will this time.
Let the games continue.
