School Voucher Editorial-Washington Post

The Washington Post has a surprisingly positive view of the use of
vouchers for education reform. 

We can argue about vouchers versus tax credits versus a complete
disestablishment of government schools, but I'm encouraged that one of
the country's two leading liberal newspaper editorial boards just may be
on the path to right thinking on this issue.
