Indecent Haste

   My shirt if off to Mike Finkbiner, a clam voice of reason commenting on 
the haste with which the the Moscow City Council threatens to embarrass 
themselves over a joyful incident of uninhibited self-expression.  A 
reactionary, knee-jerk response to a refreshing episode of "spring fever" 
will make a laughing stock of this council as well as damage the reputation 
of Moscow as a tolerant and fair-minded community.
   Now is NOT the time to consider enacting any "indecency" ordinance.
