Please remember: our first instinct is to suckle the breast, the giver of milk. Without this gift from Goddess, we would not survive.
Breasts are beautiful because at least subconsciously we recognize the necessity of this part of the human body in nourishing our growth.
If I had breasts, I certainly would be proud of them and desire to show the world that I, too, can nourish a newborn life.
Men need to get over their breast-envy and realize there is nothing evil about being topless.
Perhaps with more exposure to this piece of mammalian anatomy, we will gain a greater appreciation for Woman. Something all of us can learn more of.
Please, city council members, do not pass this restrictive legislation. Instead, help create a "Breast Appreciation Day" or something similar, that will enhance our understanding of the human body.
