Re: A new High School?

So we can build a new high school on 40 acres outside of town for
$19,650,000. We can sell the current high school on prime downtown four
acres for $830,000. If I remember correctly, the addition to the high
school built in 1989 was considerably more than $830,000.

Why so little for the old high school?

How much for selling West Park?

When would construction start?

What is the projected enrollment for MHS for the next twenty years, and how
does the increase in home schooling, access to university classes, Idaho's
online HS, and the possible new secondary charter school, impact this
projected enrollment?

Will the districts current budget problems affect bond rating? and what is
the cost associated with a 20 million dollar bond levy?
