Moscow Renaissance Fair 2002

The 29th Annual Moscow Renaissance Fair is this weekend, May 4th and 
5th.  I hope to see all of you there enjoying the festivities (think sunny 
weather).

I am posting this because we could use a few more volunteers for specific 
tasks:

1) Hay Bales -- hay bales weigh about 100 lbs apiece and we need 4 or 5 
strong people to help out.  We will be meeting between 4:45 and 5:15 PM 
this coming Friday at East City Park to go and collect the bails (locally) 
- wear your working clothes and gloves.  On the other end of this, we will 
need another 4 -5 people to help collect and return the bails on Monday 
afternoon. Call David Willard at 882-2187 or contact me (Dean Pittenger) by

2) Childrens Area - Miriam Kent needs another 4 to 6 people to help out in 
the Park at 12:30 Friday afternoon.  The city crew needs assistance in 
putting up the large canopies that shelter 2nd Stage and the children's 
primary activity area.  This is usually a fairly quick job if we can get 
folks together.  She will also need a few people early Monday morning 
(around 8) to help take it down.  Call Miriam Kent at 882-7192 (or you can 
contact me and I'll pass the information on).

3) Various and assorted.  Any help setting up Friday evening and/or 
Saturday morning is welcome and appreciated.  That goes double for taking 
things down on Sunday evening.
