Mr. Kerr, the money came entirely from private contributions.  Not one 
penny from the school district or any other government entity.  Dozens and 
dozens of citizens have stepped forward and asked, "How can I help?" and 
one answer has been to contribute money for the campaign, which they have 
done generously.  Amazing, isn't it -- people donating money to help pass a 
levy to increase their own property taxes!  When the chips are down, 
Moscow's citizens are willing to do what's necessary for quality public 
education.
