The Community Book Club sponsored by the Friends of the Moscow Public
Library will be discussing the book "Guns, Germs, and Steel" by Jared
Diamond on Thursday, March 28 in the Carol Ryrie Brink room of the Moscow
Public Library at 7:00 pm.  This Pulitzer Prize winning best seller presents
a unique perspective on the rise of civilization and challenges some
long-held theories of human development.  All community members are welcome
to attend.  Copies of the book can be checked out from the Moscow Public
Library or purchased/ordered from Bookpeople.  Come join what promises to be
a lively discussion!

P.S.  If you haven't read the book, but are interested in the topic, you can
still come!!!
