NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE LATAH COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
Monday, April 8, 2002 at1:30 p.m.

As per Idaho Code 67-6509 and 67-6511 the Latah County Board of
Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 8, 2002, in Room
2-B of the Latah County Courthouse, Moscow, Idaho, to receive comments on:

1:30 p.m. - An amendment to Section 12.02 of the Latah County Zoning
Ordinance, Flood Hazard Overlay. This amendment would adopt two revised
floodplain panels, #240 and #330, and any related revised floodway panels
dated April 15, 2002.

All interested parties are encouraged to attend the hearing. Accommodations
for individuals who qualify under the Americans with Disabilities Act are
available upon request. Notice is required in the Planning Office three
working days prior to the hearing in order to acquire accommodations.
This hearing will be held pursuant to the Latah County Hearing Procedures
Ordinance and under authority of the Idaho Local Planning Act. The Board of
Latah County Commissioners reserves the right to limit the length of
testimony.

proposal, is available from the Planning Department at the Latah County

accepted at the above office prior to the public hearing.
