NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BEFORE THE LATAH COUNTY ZONING COMMISSION
Wednesday, April 3, 2002
7:00 P. M.
The Latah County Zoning Commission will hold public hearings on Wednesday,
April 3, 2002, in Room 2-B of the Latah County Courthouse, Moscow, Idaho, to
receive comments on:
7:05 P.M. CUP #630 - A request by Duane Brown for a Conditional Use Permit
to construct a shop building in the Special Flood Hazard Zone. The property
is located at 5560 State Highway 8, in the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest
1/4 of Section 21, Township 40 North, Range 01 West, B.M., Latah County.
7:10 P.M. CUP #631 - A request by William Goesling to operate a
recreational resort facility. The property is located at 1145 Paradise Ridge
Road, Moscow in Section 29, Township 39 North, Range 5 West, B.M., in Latah
County.
7:15 P.M. Rezone #632 - A request by Gale E. Gray to rezone a 19-acre
property from Agriculture/Forestry (A/F) to Rural Residential five-acre
minimum lot size (RR-5). The property is located along Chaney Road, near
Viola, in Section 6, Township 40 North, Range 5 West, B.M., in Latah County.
All interested parties are encouraged to attend the hearing. Accommodations
for individuals who qualify under the Americans with Disabilities Act are
available upon request. Notice is required in the Planning Office three
working days prior to the hearing in order to acquire accommodations.
This hearing will be held pursuant to the Latah County Hearing Procedures
Ordinance and under authority of the Idaho Local Planning Act, the Latah
County Comprehensive Plan, the Latah County Zoning Ordinance, and the Latah
County Subdivision Ordinance. The Zoning Commission reserves the right to
limit the length of testimony. It also reserves the right to consider other
zoning designations as may be found to be appropriate.

accepted at the above office prior to the public hearing.
