Looking for a landlord

Hi,

We are young professional couple to be married in June and looking 
for a Moscow  apartment to begin moving into around the end of May. 

We are particularly interested in the brick apartments just east of 
East City Park on the corner of Third Street. However, we did not 
want to disturb tenants to find out if any of those will be open in 
Spring/summer.

If the Landlord is listening or a listener knows the landlord, could

landlords are welcome to write as well.

We are looking for something around $600. Older with wood floors (and 
bottom floor) preferable. Would like a two bedroom, and a small yard 
or lot where we could make use of our barbecue would be nice.

We are clean and quiet, but do have two cars to park. Anyone
