Is everybody aware that the owners of The Black Rhino are also the owners of
Mingles and that one of these owners is an xPresident of Mardi Gras and still
participates on the Moscow Mardi Gras committee? He is at the
meetings..........his position we are not sure............Black Rhino?
Favoritism? Sound decision.........Hmmmmmmmmmm!
