MMG

Hello,

Ok.. so the venues buy in and are provided with advertising, ticket sales,
and entertainment.  The ticket sales and cover charges go to the MMG
committee, and the venues keep the liquor sales.  Correct?  My question
is, what is the MMG committie SUPPOSED to do with all the money it
collects?  What governs the decisions they make regarding the distribution
of their proceeds?  Are they required for any legal reason to disclose the
monetary earnings/distribution information that is being requested of
them?
