Thanks for not "pretending" to teach me the powers of critical analysis.
Unfortunately, your fixation on your preconceived notion that racial
profiling was at work in this incident has clouded your ability to
understand the critical factor in this scenario.  That fact is (once
again) that the captain is responsible for the safety of passengers,
crew, and craft.  If he or she deems a threat, that's it, end of story.
I won't pretend to teach you the importance of accountability and
exercising sound professional judgement when the lives of others rest on
your decision.  By the way, I'm contemplating  retiring in the near
future, returning home, and running for public office.  Does this mean I
can count on your support?
