Only if you disregard the previous consultant's opinion that moving away from 
the present site was the best solution.  Also, the question before the city 
council is not whether or not closing 8th Street is in Gritman's (or their 
patients) fiscal interest but in the public's interest and I, for one, take 
that to include the transportation question.
