May I be so bold as to summarize the election with a riddle?

Question:  In Moscow, what's the only difference between the City Council
and the Chamber of Commerce?

Answer: You get lunch at the Chamber meetings.

I'll have more election comments, summary and funny stories later - unless
you want to boo me off the stage right now.  For now, thanks to the dozens
of voters who supported me.
