I have missed most of the previous discussion on this topic (technical
difficulties), so I wish to "pile on" to the further development question...
In other locales, DEVELOPERS pay for necessary improvements such as fire
stations and related infrastructure. Users (tax payers) have paid the on-going
costs once established. Is this a possibility here????
