Notice of Public Hearing - Latah Co. Zoning Commission



NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE LATAH COUNTY ZONING COMMISSION
Wednesday, October 3, 2001
7:00 P. M.

The Latah County Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday,
October 3, 2001, in Room 2-B of the Latah County Courthouse, Moscow, Idaho,
to receive comments on:

*7:05 P.M. CUP #279B - A Conditional Use Permit request by Sarah Metcalf to
increase the number of dogs allowable at North Palouse Veterinary Clinic
Kennel Facility and to reduce the number of allowable outdoor runs to one.
The property is located at 1010 Travis Road, in Section 2, Township 41
North, Range 5 West B.M., in Latah County.

*7:15 P.M. CUP#626 - A Conditional Use Permit request by Russell Schumacher
to allow the use of a pole building as storage for agricultural seed
treatment chemicals for distribution to seed conditioners in a 200-mile
radius.  The property is located at 1060 Hazeltine Road, in Section 7,
Township 40 North, Range 5 West B.M., in Latah County.

All interested parties are encouraged to attend the hearing.  Accommodations
for individuals who qualify under the Americans with Disabilities Act are
available upon request.  Notice is required in the Planning Office three
working days prior to the hearing in order to acquire accommodations.

This hearing will be held pursuant to the Latah County Hearing Procedures
Ordinance and under authority of the Idaho Local Planning Act, the Latah
County Comprehensive Plan, the Latah County Zoning Ordinance, and the Latah
County Subdivision Ordinance.  The Zoning Commission reserves the right to
limit the length of testimony.  It also reserves the right to consider other
zoning designations as may be found to be appropriate.

accepted at the above office prior to the public hearing.
