1.	Approval of Minutes of August 6, 2001

2.	Request From "Electrical Specialists"  to Construct over City-owned 
Stormwater Line - Mark Cook
As mentioned in the attached staff report, James Robinson would like 
consideration for Electrical Specialists to build an addition to their 
existing building which would involve encroachment over the existing storm 
sewer and City right-of-way.

ACTION:  Review proposal and recommendation acceptance, rejection or 
modification.
