May 2001 and recommends approval of the following:

	C.	Approval of Weigley Development Agreement - 'F' Street - Dale Pernula
Mr. Weigley received Council approval of a lot division on 'F' Street on 
January 2, 2001.  He now wishes to proceed with constructing two duplexes, 
which will require public improvements.  Reviewed by the Public 
Works/Finance Committee on June 18, 2001.

ACTION:  Approve development agreement with Ralph Weigley Construction 
Company or take other such action deemed appropriate.


2.	Permanent Household Hazardous Waste Drop Off Facility - Gary J. Riedner
Latah Sanitation, Inc. has requested the authorization to construct a 
permanent household hazardous waste facility at the location of the current 
transfer station. The attached memo explains some of the considerations in 
making the change from a current annual one-day event to a permanent 
facility.

ACTION: Authorize staff to negotiate with Latah Sanitation to establish a 
permanent Household Hazardous Waste facility or other such action as deemed 
appropriate.
