Tom,

That is an excellent idea. Thank you for the suggestion. What I will
do is to help the situation further is speak to each and every
contracting agent we have who delivers the Palouse Living to
re-educate them on the importance of community pride and taking care
of their route areas. 

In addition, I feel we can help inform people in the area that this
publication is complimentary and ways to be removed from the lists by
running advertisements in the Daily News and the Palouse Living.

Thanks for taking the time to communicate these ideas to me. I always
appreciate the suggestions.
