Re: Palouse Living trashes community...
Todd,
I'd like some clarification on the issue of circulation. Is your
publication (Palouse Living) delivered to people who *request* its
delivery, or is it delivered to everyone *unless* they request that it
*not* be delivered? How is the circulation list developed?
I ask the question because occasionally the Palouse Living has been
"delivered" to my house without my request (usually under the cedar tree or
over by the elderberry bush). I have linked these discoveries with times
when my subscription to the Daily News has lapsed, but not always. I
called up and canceled it each time, but I wonder about the larger issue of
these unwanted delivery compounded thoughout the Palouse.
Thanks,
Tom
