down with corporate sponsorship?

Would these kind of events be possible with out corporate sponsorship?  How
many of you are stepping forward offering to help pay for next years
downtown Jazz Festival banner so that corporate sponsorship is unnecessary?

And as far as the Jazz Festival being busy, is it really such a bad thing
that all these people from all over want to come to OUR town to celebrate
their interest in Jazz? If you think its too crowded, maybe you could help
them pay for bigger facilities, volunteer to help direct traffic, etc.
Personally, I'm proud that Moscow as a community would care to host
something like this.

Put your money/time where your mouth is.
