Ry (and All),

I talked to Blake Rindlisbacher, the project engineer for the 
proposed expansion of Highway 95.  The crews are taking core 
samples for the proposed expansion.

There are also people (who may be finished by now) studying 
possible noise problems and impacts to archealogical and 
historical sites.
