Mall Deforestation

I certainly hope the travesty committed by Mall management in removing plant material is punished to the full extent of the law. I will be very disappointed if this issue just goes away. I encourage the City Council members to report on the status of this deplorable situation and then to pursue it to a satisfactory conclusion.
