In regard to the Florida problem, the only solution, in my humble opinion,
is for the state supreme court to order thee electors to vote as the
populace did, such as 13 for Bush and 12 for Gore, thus dividing the
electors along the popular vote.

Baring some sensible solution, Gore should concede.  If Bush is declared the
winner, he will forever be faced with tormentors who will declare him a
loser.  The congress will do what it wants since President Bush clearly has
no mandate having lost the popular vote.  The younger brother will not
survive the scrutiny placed on Florida and will be lucky to hold elected
office again.  Bush will reign for four years, two of which will be with a
Democratic Congress that thwarts his every attempt to fashion a
compassionate conservative agenda.
