Mall Mauled

As long as we're talking about this, take a look sometime at the lack of 
close handicapped parking.  I know I walk farther to get into the Mall from 
the Kit's camera entrance than I used to.  I'm fairly mobile, but what 
about those who are less able to walk?  And in the rain and snow?  Had a 
taste of this last week.  No fun when you're moving as quickly as you can, 
back to your distant handicapped spot.

Are there requirements that the mall owners need to comply with in terms of 
handicapped parking and access?  Has anyone checked?
